Renting a car is highly recommended if you plan to explore the island! Be sure to reserve far in advance if you're visiting during peak season as rental companies can book up quickly.
Best Time to Visit
Peak season is June through August, so if you're wanting to avoid the crowds shoulder season is the ideal time to visit. We went in early September and had amazing weather and minimal crowds.
