Have been this place 3 times, very simple English do work well here, far away from big city, whilst so far not much foreign travelers, definitely good for those want to enjoy the stunning view without too much noise! :)

Best place to photograph Takeda Castle Ruins, and better to stay at a hotel near Takeda Castle Station the night before, set of by 5am the next morning to capture the sea of clouds effect.

Takeda Castle Ruins
@sharon.t
Here is talking about taking a walking tour at Takeda Castle Ruins itself but not a photo shooting sport for Takeda Castle Ruins. There is a bus could take you from Takeda station to this area, and then you could have your own exploration. You may find some small local travel tours would visit there as well, but don't worry, as they are from local, they don't make too much noise.

Tokyo

Showa Kinen National Park
@sharon.t
A very big park, nearly Tokyo, with direct train to get there from Shinjuku. Perfect for Sakura and Red leaves seasons, and the park is enormous enough that you won't feel too crowded. And better wear comfortable shoes as the park is so huge and you might not have seat at train when going back!!
