Corfu is an absolutely stunning Island off Greece’s northwest coast in the Ionian Sea. Filled with an incredibly rich history, No matter where you go on the island you will discover something new at every turn.

In Corfu you will find, luxurious resorts, a mind blowing amount of history an amazing culture,  Fantastic food and most importantly, Plenty of activities.

In this guide I will cover:

- Recommendations on the best places to visit

-  Activities

- Means of transportation

Day 1

Exploring Corfu Town and soaking in an extravagant nightlife

Start your trip by exploring the most vibrant part of the Island. Make sure to bring comfortable walking shoes because there is a lot to explore. Through every corner and turn there is a new little avenue to discover.

Day 2

A day at Paleokastritsa Beach. (I didn't know how to say it at first either)

Paleokastritsa Beach is one of the most serene, clear and picturesque beaches I have ever stepped foot on. Getting there can be slightly tricky however. If you have your own car or a rented one, the roads can be slightly intimidating to drive since you will be travelling through mountains but it is worth it. You can also travel by bus from Corfu Town for a low fare as well.

I highly recommend a full day at Paleokastritsa as there are plenty of activities, restaurants and people to meet all on the shore.

Day 3

A trip to Sidari

Sidari is up in the very north of the Island. There you can swim in the famous Canal D'Amour. Legend has it that by swimming together with your partner in the waters of the canal and then arriving in the open sea, you will be able to admire your love together and enjoy eternal love for each other.

I myself prefer to stay somewhere closer to town however If you are feeling for something more relaxing and somewhere to sunbath easier then Sidari is the places for you. With plenty of options for hotels and resorts Sidari is an incredible spot to unwind from the rest of the world. Unfortunately however Sidari is more difficult to arrive at and you will most likley need to rent a car.
