1. Help me to personalize your trip by completing a brief questionnaire. This survey will help me to understand more about you, your unique travel preferences, and the destinations you have in mind. I'll delve into your interests, budget, and any special considerations you might have to ensure a tailored experience.
2. Upon receiving your completed questionnaire, I will craft a comprehensive proposal using Thatch.
The proposal will encompass an introduction to your chosen destinations, an outline of the itinerary, transportation details, and any activities that require immediate booking. You will have one opportunity to review and suggest revisions to ensure it perfectly matches your vision.
3. To proceed with the planning process, a 50% deposit is required upon accepting the proposal, while the remaining 50% will be due upon the final delivery of the itinerary.
For seamless and secure transactions, all payments will be facilitated through Stripe, the trusted payment processor integrated within the Thatch app.
4. Your exceptional, tailor-made itinerary will be delivered directly to your email inbox through a Thatch link within one month of approving the proposal.
In case you require the itinerary to be expedited, an additional rush fee will be incorporated into the final cost to accommodate your specific timeframe.
5. Bear in mind:
You will be responsible for all the bookings needed. However, I will make sure your itinerary has direct links for you to book all activities and reservations easily and conveniently.
