Breakfast/Brunch Spots

Brunch & Cake by the Sea
@nataliegraham_
More Americanized brunch spot (waffles, pancakes, breakfast burritos available), but extravagant dishes if you're looking for a great "phone eats first" photo.

La Cova Fumada

Local cuisine in Barceloneta. A neighborhood landmark, so don't expect insane service. It is causal and lowkey with very fresh seafood.

Mirablau
@nataliegraham_
Are you looking for a beautiful view?! Look no further, this is the place to be! I would recommend stopping here for drinks, but head somewhere else for dinner. The food is average, but very expensive.

Restaurant El Passadís del Pep
@nataliegraham_
MY FAVORITE SPOT! Chic traditional Spanish restaurant. There is no menu and the chef decides what is served based on what is in season and what was caught that morning. You can let them know what you don’t like or any allergies. They tend to give you so much food and it was the best meal I’ve ever had in my life. It was about $100 per person but that included a couple glasses of wine. If you are going to go anywhere, this is the place!

Aleia Restaurant at Casa Fuster Hotel
@nataliegraham_
Aleia offers one tasting menu, and that is it. It costs €110 at lunch time and €150 at dinner. Price is worth the amount of food you recieve. Very romantic and recommend dressing up.

Cocina Hermanos Torres
@nataliegraham_
3 Michelin Stars. Perfect place to impress a date, employer, or foodie friend. Top dish: Iberian suckling pig (sourced from the brothers’ own organic farm in Extremadura), with apricots and tamarind, and a cream of onion with mushrooms, parmesan and truffle.
