One of my favorite cities in Italy, you will need at least 5 days to discover and eat your way through this magical place. Don’t pack your time with day trips, but instead plan on taking it slow and eating all the deliciousness Palermo has to offer

Pizzo E Pizzo

In the ‘fancier’ side of town, this is a personal favorite. A mix between a deli and a restaurant, they sell some of the best cheeses and cured meats from all over Italy alongside an incredible wine selection. They also have various other dishes which are prepared daily including pastas and seasonal vegetables

Hi! my name is Sophie Minchilli and I was born and raised in Rome, Italy. I've lived here all my life and about 10 years ago I started a family business with my mom (Elizabeth). We run week-long food tours all over Italy, and when I'm not traveling around the country I am based in Rome where I lead food tours and try as many restaurants as possible. I hope you will be able to join me in Rome for a food tour and if not, this is the perfect space for me to share my Italy knowledge with all of you :)
