Baseball in Guadalajara! 🧢⚾️

If you’re like me and love a good sporting event, then a Charros / Mariachis home game is not to be missed! I went not understanding how baseball works, but after a few tips from my boyfriend I got the swing of things pretty quickly (see what I did there? 😉). Hopefully this will help you get there too!

Tickets:

We didn’t buy tickets online before (which you can do) so we bought them from outside the stadium, we waited in a bit of a line, but wasn’t too bad!

The tickets aren’t pricey at all! They ranged from $90 to $650 MXN (for VIP seats). Our tickets cost us $260 MXN each and were labelled ‘Premier’.

These were so worth it as we got to sit in the third row, near first base and right in front of ALL the action! There were mascots throwing towels, caps, stickers and more right in front of us! 😂 It was a big vibe!

Food and Drinks:

There’s tons of food and drinks stalls all around the stadium! They use a cashless system where you load money on a card, called ‘BEE Cashless 🐝’. You can get this card at the stadium and it’ll only cost you $20 MXN. It’s so easy to use!

ALSO, WHEN THEY HIT A HOME RUN YOU HAVE FIVE MINUTES TO RUN TO THE BAR TO GET 2 x 1 BEERS SO BE(ER) READY TO RUN!!!
