Where to eat in Rome, Italy

I went to Italy during the Christmas holiday. It's not easy to find a good place in the touristic area, but here are some amazing places I absolutely recommend.
I'd recommend Pizzeria ZAZA as a takeaway pizza place 5 minutes away from Pantheon. Pizza is amazing and has many veg options.
This place is good for coffee and coffee souvenirs. My ex really loved the pastry, but I wouldn't recommend it. It's just okay.
Can you expect big portions in central Rome? Yes! It's not just huge but also really good. They have veg options. It was more like a place for locals that's why they have very few seats. Now more tourists know about this place, but it's as good as before.
Unfortunately, I have no pics of this amazing tiramisu, but I promise you, it's the best one. It's quite challenging to get it because you'll have to spend around 20-30 mins in a queue, but it's absolutely worth it.
Let's be honest, most of the restaurants around Pantheon suck. We were shocked to find a really good one. Service, food, and prices are surprisingly good.
The pizza is delicious. The tables are tiny but who cares when you can eat the best pizza. Honestly, we've tried nothing else at this place, but I absolutely recommend this place for pizza. It's a bit different from the other options. It has a really thin dough and a lot of toping. Love it.
Usually, I am trying to avoid places with a lot of tourists. But I can say that the ice cream at this place is really good. I wouldn't call it the best one, because I've tried the ice cream at 2 places only, but it's better than the other one for sure and just really good in general.
