Western Colorado Roadtrip
Reegan
A two week camping road trip visiting 4 Colorado National Parks and 3 National Monuments. Complete with where I camped on the trip and some local recommendations on places to eat.
This trip is best not planned during the Winter (including late fall and early spring) since snow may make some routes impassable.

Planning Considerations:
America the Beautiful Pass: $80
- This pass will provide entrance to all the following national parks and monuments. It saves you roughly $100 in entrance fees if you are visiting everything in this guide, and it last for a year.
Reservations needed (outside of campgrounds):
- Cliff Palace Tours at Mesa Verde National Park.
- Rocky Mountain National Park timed entry.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Reegan
I love planning my own road trips. I spend days crafting the ideal route, where I will stay, and a list of potential things to do and places to eat. I always try to find local (vegetarian friendly) restaurants and interesting breweries/distilleries.
My road trips typically involve visiting national parks, interesting destinations and some/all camping! If we have similar interests, please check out my guides.
