The South of France - Jāadore! Provence is my favorite European summer destination that my fiancĆ© and I (who is a French native) love very much.
This road trip itinerary in the Luberon region is one that we did a few years ago. Iāve included a few additional wineries that we didnāt get to visit, but plan to next time.

About your planned route ā¬ļø
This road trip will start in the east (near Roussillon) and go west (near St. RĆ©my-de-Provence). You can also start from the opposite direction, depending on where youāre staying.
You can drive the entire route in a couple of hours, but it will be a day trip with stops included. Plan your time accordingly to work with your timeline.
This route is flexible, so you can visit the places that pique your interest or add in optional stops. This can also be easily made into a multi-day trip.
