Where to stay

Since Singapore is a really pricey city, the hotels are also a bit more expensive. But since it's worth investing a little bit more money in this case, we would like to give you a few suggestions.

Marina Bay Sands Singapore
@amelieclemens
Singapore's most famous hotel is not only one of the most luxurious elite hotels worldwide, but also considered as one of the most popluar tourist attractions of the city with it's direct connection to the Gardens by the Bay. Because of the hype around the hotel, you have to expect the corresponding price if you want to stay here. Getting there is really simple by metro (station: Bayfront) and bus (line 133).

Ibis on Bencoolen is not only centrally located, but also easy to reach by metro (station: Bugis) or bus (line 67). They also serve you a really balanced and filling breakfast to have enough energy throughout the day.

Hotel 81 - Gold
@amelieclemens
If you are looking for a cheaper alternative, Hotel 81 - Gold is the one for you. Even though there's no extra space around the bed, and also shower and toilet are not separated from each other, it's a good accommodation if you just need a simple but clean place to stay. Be aware, that there's no breakfast available. Bus (line 21,67,2) and metro station (Aljunied) are located only a couple minutes away.
