The V&A Waterfront

Every tourist that been to the V&A, but have you dug deeper?

Victoria & Alfred Waterfront

Best places to see Seals: I love the little seals! There are multiple areas where you are guaranteed to see some seals hanging out: - At the coffee shop by the Aquarium, - Across the bridge from the main mall. Turn left at the lighthouse and walk to the perspex pieces to see some seals. Especially at nighttime! - Walking along the back of the mall, past the Mugg & Bean, often lying on the docks here. Need some puppy love? Oscars Arc (an adoption charity) have their dogs available all day for some love & walkies. Multiple dogs, and a puppy room! That you can go play with puppies for free. And leave a donation if you can! Or better yet, find your furbaby. Find them next to the Time Out market: Weekdays 10:00-17:00 Weekends 09:00-17:00

Up Cycles V&A Waterfront

Fancy the easiest, most scenic bike ride of your life? Grab a bicycle from UpCycles, across the bridge from the main mall, towards Zeittz Mocca and the Silo hotel and grab a bicycle (after going to Makers Landing). From here you can ride over the bridge back to the mall, and towards the Mugg & Bean, around the back and through to the deck. This route allows you to ride all the way to Sea Point (or even Camps Bay) along the sea edge. I would recommend 1 Hour to Sea Point. And 2 hours for Camps Bay. This is for people of high and low fitness levels. Its super easy!
