If I got to tell you the truth: "All good trips start randomly" and this is definitely one of them.
You know that feeling when you want pack up your things and go but you cannot decide where, when and with whom? This is exactly what happened to me in March.
One day, while I was browsing through Skyscanner for the lowest fares, I saw a round trip flight Rome - Lisboa for less than 40€. I started looking for places to stay and I found this nice little mono at the centre of Barrio Alto (where all the pubs / clubs / night life is at).
That's it - next think you know I was flying to Lisboa ✈️

This is possibly one of the most spectacular views you will have in Lisboa. The park is insanely wide and it is up on a hill so it offers a splendid view of the square 🌅

Again, Lisbon is all about breathtaking views and this is another example. The castle is built on one of the highest hills in the historic centre which ensures a dominant position over the city.
Be ready to walk uphill - you will need to get used to it in Lisbon! 😅
