If you’re looking to create the ultimate bookish weekend in Manhattan, New York, look no further than this guide. In the short two years I’ve lived in Manhattan, I’ve collected a variety of bookish places I recommend. Books are my passion (check out my book review focused Instagram in my profile!), and Manhattan is an incredible place for book lovers. Not only is it rife with literary history and many of the big publishing houses, but there are gorgeous museums, restaurants, bars, and even hotels to keep the book lover content. This guide includes:
- 3 free activities and literary spots
- 2 museums
- 4 bars with a literary connection
- 4 hotels
- and 6 of the oldest bookstores in Manhattan
