Where and what to eat

We start in Antalya so here it is “ köfte piyaz “

It’s meatballs and (my favourite) white beans with dill, boiled eggs, 🍅 and special sauce…

That is a classical thing here. Now - meat is a huge part of the meal but now vegan cafes are widespread so feel free to ask!

Here are various cafes and MEYHANE which means a place with alcohol and appetisers, salads and cold salads.

Visit museums for free or couple of cents

Not only Turkish toys of all time but also German and American can be found here. Funny place is right in front of the 🚢 ships. Also parking is available there though it’s quite crowded.

Streets of Old Town

The streets themselves will remind you sometimes of old Europe, sometimes Osman empire

Another must do is a MARASH ICE CREAM

A special made ice cream that doesn’t melt fast and has a light taste. A little

Performance is waiting for you before you get your ice cream 🍦

(picture taken from lezzet.com.tr)

This sweet thing is baked and served hot!

Under there is some cheese melted and also it has sweet syrup, and this special dough like something has peanuts on the top.

After you eat it be sure - you won’t be hungry for a while.

And of course…. Baklava.

Be careful not to gain too much pounds but… we love once right?!
