ERGON Bakehouse Athens
@jeni__mabel
For an unforgettable experience, stay at Ergon Bakehouse Athens. It was an incredibly unique concept hotel with ultra-intentional design. The hallways smell of fresh-baked bread, the details throughout the hotel are inspired by sourdough, and the staff are wonderful, friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. You can literally follow your nose back to the Bakehouse. There's a constant line to watch pastries being made in the bakery below the hotel, waiting to order mouthwatering breads and baked treats. Guests can enjoy breakfast in the mornings from 7-10:30am. Massive croissants. Gorgeous Greek yogurt with honey and granola. Fresh-out-of-the-oven cinnamon rolls. Get into it.

Walk up Mnisikleous toward the Acropolis and you'll find adorable vibey restaurants stacked on top of one another. I wish I had stopped into one!
