An Enchanting Indian Train Experience: From Delhi to Agra
Departure: New Delhi Railway Station, 06:00 AM
Our journey to Agra began in the early hours at the bustling New Delhi Railway Station. We had booked tickets for the Shatabdi Express Train through the user-friendly website IRCTC. Opting for First Class, each ticket cost us ₹1140 (approximately $13.74). This fare included a comfortable seat, a fresh flower, a morning newspaper, a bottle of water, tea or coffee with biscuits, and a delightful breakfast with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. The journey to Agra was swift and pleasant, taking just 1 hour and 50 minutes. Upon arrival, we checked into the Radisson Agra hotel, which provided an amazing atmosphere and a breakfast spread that catered to all tastes. The hotel's culinary offerings were a delightful way to start our day of exploration.
