SUMMARY
I think your better options are going to be Madrid or Barcelona.
If you want to keep costs down for any of the above options, you might have to sacrifice the swimming pool or being bang in the centre.
The prices of the accommodation are based on the weekend of 18th July as it is coming through as cheaper.
