In this guide you will find an itinerary for Istanbul, Cappadocia & Izmir. This is purely scratching the surface of Turkey and there is so much more you can see and do. These destinations provide an extremely diverse itinerary and will give you a taste of Turkey
Tip : Be sure to get a Istanbul City Card for your travel via Trams
Note : Izmir is a great stop if you are wanting to visit the
Ancient City of Ephesus, if you do not want to visit this attraction I would suggest staying in the area of Alacati over Izmir.

Day 1 :
HAGIA SOPHIA MOSQUE
Cost : FREE
Start your morning off in the Area of Sultanahme to visit the Hagia Sophia Mosque, If you are visiting from surrounding areas or from the Asian Side of Istanbul I would recommend getting the tram to Sultanahme Station, the Mosque is then a short walk from the tram station.
Hagia Sophia Mosque was built between the years 532 and 537, during the Byzantine Empire, it is today one of the main monuments in Istanbul.
(Tip: to beat the crowds ensure to visit before 11am)
Visiting the mosque is completely free just be sure to follow the dress code.
