The Plan

🚂 Take a train from Paris to Le Havre (~2h45 min, ~28 EUR per person, one-way). This is the best option if you don't have a car because there are frequent direct trains to Le Havre - a major port city in France - and regional transportation from Le Havre out to both Etretat to the north and Honfleur to the south.

Using Le Havre as a home base, you can check out the city in your pockets of free time, while making full day trips out of both Etretat and Honfleur.

Ideally, this would be a 4-day, 3-night trip over a long weekend. For example:

✨Thursday: Train from Paris to Le Havre.

✨Friday: Day trip to Etretat.

✨Saturday: Day trip to Honfleur.

✨Sunday: Train from Le Havre to Paris.
