Where to eat? Huecas cuencanas, obviously.

A "Hueca" is literality a small, local know and not tourist place to eat. In a "hueca" you will find lots of local people and it is your opportunity to get in touch with traditional flavors and taste of the city. Fortunately, Cuenca is full of amazing places like this, from the breakfast to after dinner.
