Grab a perfect cup of coffee, a specialty drink, or bag of coffee beans. One thing for sure, grab a snack here too! Breakfast burritos? Mouth watering! Lunch time sandwich? Absolutely! They even serve Elk Chili. They have plenty of vegetarian and gluten free options! We almost prefer the gluten free baked goods here.

Our go to cup from their menu? ☕️ A Tahitian Vanilla Frapachino, or a simple drip coffee. ☕️

🍽️ Sit-down or to-go: Both! Usually some seating available at the town square location, standing space w/ counter outside.

This is the perfect location to grab snacks before, and during, a day at Snow King Mountain Resort. The atmosphere here is very laid back and welcoming! It’s exactly what you would expect from a cozy snack spot at the base of a ski resort. Super cool!

FRX has some great affordable options! From stellar coffee, to award winning breakfast burritos, and hot dogs. This is the place to be if you’re looking to save a few bucks or are closer to Snow King. Did someone say pocket bacon?

Oh! And try the banana bread!

Cafe Genevieve is your typical American Breakfast diner. Here you’ll find eggs benedict, waffles, and hash. The also serve traditional American lunch and dinners. They’re known for serving “pig candy”, as seen on Guy Fieri’s TV show, which is bacon covered in various sugars and spices. You either love it or you hate it! People also rave over their corned beef hash and Reuben!

The coffee here is also very typical of an American Breakfast diner. A fairly dark roast served black in a mug, with side offerings of sugar and simple cream. A basic cup of breakfast Joe!

Our go to cup from their menu? ☕️ A warm mug with at least a few sugars and creams! ☕️

💲Cost Per Person ~ $20 - $25 (coffee & a plate)

🍽️ Sit-down or to-go: Sit-down. Although there are some to-go options, sitting down is the way to go!

🥐Snacks?: You MUST find out what pig candy is all about!

Come chill in an aestheticly pleasing backyard atmosphere. We absolutely love grabbing a coffee or smoothie and people watching at one of the tables outside in the grass. Or take the people watching/snack time on the go. This is really the most perfect health food spot in town!

Specilaizing in vegetarian and vegan meals, your guaranteed to leave feeling great after a tasty meal! Lox is one of their top sellers, a healthy breakfast staple. The smoothies and juices are unmatched in freshness and taste. This place uses REAL ingredients, and we love that the drinks are sweetened with dates. We haven’t had a salad or bowl we didn’t like. The Caprese Toast is amazing! We feel like we made ourselves breakfast eating these delicious and healthy options.

Our go to cup from their menu? ☕️A house made Pumpkin Spice Latte with espresso, or a Mocha. ☕️

💲Cost Per Person ~ $15 - $20 (coffee & small snack)

🍽️ Sit-down or to-go: Both! There usually is seating available inside or out. We typically sit outside!

🥐Snacks?: Yes! Get your hands on some real and tasty food!

If you’re more into matcha than coffee, this is the place to be! Arguably has the best cup of matcha, and matcha baked goods, in all of Jackson. This location also priortizes healthy foods and a realxing atmosphere. Attached to the cafe is a yoga studio owned by the same company. Get in a good stretch and then get caffeinated next door!

They have vegan and vegetarian options, with amazing vegan baked goods! The energy bites are perfect for a day of hiking and exploring. The breakfast burritos will have you feeling fueled up and happy!

NOTE: Due to the owner running two businesses, and yoga being their top priority, cafe hours may fluctuate. We always recommend giving them a call before visiting to ensure the cafe is open. This part of the business is also still fairly new.

Our go to cup from their menu? ☕️A specialty latte, such as the Honey Lavender Feilds Latte. We like to mix it up! ☕️

💲Cost Per Person ~ $10 - $15 (coffee & small snack)

🍽️ Sit-down or to-go: Both! Seating is available and the atmosphere is comfortable, but we still typically go for a walk!

🥐Snacks?: Get some energy balls to accompany your coffee on getting you through the day’s adventures.

Persephone

Persephone is a seemingly Jackson must-go for visiting tourists. But we don’t blame them! The cafe is known for its atmosphere; a tiny and bright, but very busy cafe. Their baked goods are some of the best in Jackson. It feels like a quaint French bakery and bistro combined! Their coffee is a lighter roast, and makes for a tasty latte.

Of course you can’t leave a bakery without a baked good, especially not here! The almond croissant is a must every time for us, plus an extra little treat to try! They often run out of their top sellers throughout the day. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all amazing. The grilled cheese is just incredible and the egg sandwiches are perfectly elevated with some aioli.

NOTE: Persephone and picnic are cousin businesses!

Our go to cup from their menu? ☕️Whatever seasonal flavor they have, or an iced vanilla latte. ☕️

💲Cost Per Person ~ $10 - $15 (coffee & small snack)

🍽️ Sit-down or to-go: Both! However, keep in mind this is not only a very small space, but is also very busy. We’ve always gotten to-go.

🥐Snacks?: Absolutely! The best bakery items in Jackson!

Picnic

Picnic is another cafe that prides itself on its atmosphere; laid back and comfortable. They serve up delicious and unique toasts, bowls, burritos, and baked goods! The avocado toast and cookies are our favorites by far. If you liked the baked goods from Persephone, you’re in luck. All the baked goods at Picnic are baked and supplied by them! Again, we think they’re one of the best bakeries in Jackson!

Also serving lunch, our go to is their caprese served on a baguette. They have several other sandwich options, and several delicious salads! We almost prefer going for lunch, as our favorite baked goods are usually still in the case and we love the food! Picnic also has incredible hospitality!

NOTE: Persephone and picnic are cousin businesses!

Our go to cup from their menu? ☕️ A hazelnut ganache Latte, or a wild tribe Frap. ☕️

💲Cost Per Person ~ $10 - $15 (coffee & small snack)

🍽️ Sit-down or to-go: Either! There is more space in this cafe than Persephone.

🥐Snacks?: Absolutely! The baked goods are from Persephone, the best in Jackson!

Snake River Roasting

Conveniently located just off the Town Square, you’ll absolutely want to stop by for a cup of coffee here. Not to be confused with Sanke River Brewing, Snake River Roasting Company takes their beans seriously. With over a dozen different blends, they offer beans by the bag with various roasts and flavor notes. One of our favorite bags we tried was the White Spider, with notes of brownie, sweet cream, and salted caramel. There are beans that suit any coffee connoisseurs wants and needs. They even grind the coffee right in front of you if you prefer ground.

They use the same beans they sell in bags in the coffees they brew up. You can even request specific blends, like the White Spider or Ethiopia, to be the caffeine in your coffee! The cafe also offers a limited menu of on-the-go snacks and packaged meals on top of their limited side options; including eggs, bacon, potatoes, toast, salad, and a few more items. The true star here is without a doubt the coffee. If you’re the type of person to buy coffee as a souvenir, we absolutely recommend sourcing your bag of beans from Snake River!

Our go to cup from their menu? ☕️An iced White Spider Latte, or an iced Almond Blossom Latte. ☕️

💲Cost Per Person ~ $10 - $15

🍽️ Sit-down or to-go: Both! Has a very spacious cafe with an upstairs and a great environment.

🥐Snacks?: Try some Jacks; their version of donut holes!
