⛅️ Frühstück im Mantra Café in Camps Bay mit wahnsinnigem Blick auf den Strand und das Meer

Die Location ist sehr fancy, die Aussicht ist der Hammer, die Portionen etwas klein aber trotzdem sehr sehr lecker. Für CPT Verhältnisse etwas pricy aber trotzdem noch in Ordnung

🌞 Verbringt den restlichen Tag in Camps Bay am Strand und genießt den ersten Tag nach einem langen Flug in der Sonne aber achtet auf ausreichenden Sonnenschutz, vor allem am ersten Tag. Bette Safe than Sorry, ihr wollt euch nicht direkt am ersten Tag eures Urlaubs verbrennen und dann den Rest aufpassen müssen :) Mietet euch einen Sonnenschirm mit 2 Liegen (natürlich könnt ihr auch euer eigenes Strandtuch nehmen und direkt am Strand liegen aber ein Sonnenschirm ist UNERLÄSSLICH) und lasst die Natur und den Vibe auf euch wirken. Zum Lunch könnt ihr zu einem der oben genannten Spots gehen, nehmt eure Tasche mit und sagt Bescheid, dass ihr später wieder zu den Liegen zurück kommt

Der wohl bekanntesten & größte Strand von Kapstadt, so nah an der Stadt. Die Straße, welche aus der Stadt raus nach oben Richtung Tafelberg und Lion's Head führt und dann die beiden Berge passiert um von dort wieder nach unten zu gehen, führt euch direkt nach Camps Bay. Alleine der Weg nach unten ist eine Aussicht an sich. Der Strand an sich ist ihr weitläufig und liegt direkt vor der Promenade von Camps Bay. Ideal um dort den ganzen Tag zu verbringen, und Mittags zum lunchen in einem der Restaurants einzukehren. Lieben & Sonnen schirme können geliehen werden, was auch unbedingt zu empfehlen ist!! Achtet auf ausreichenden Sonnenschutz und unterschätzt die Kraft der UV-Strahlung nicht.

Bei der Reservierung ein bisschen tricky, weil man die Lawns auswählen muss, ich habe immer Lawn 1 genommen, weil man da noch am längsten Sonne hat und dann auch den besten Ausblick. Im Zweifel, wenn euch der Platz nicht gefällt den ihr bekommen habt, sprecht einfach mit den Leuten dort und ihr könnt einen anderen Platz bekommen. Wir haben sogar mal während dem Essen Plätze getauscht weil an einem guten Spot ein Tisch frei geworden ist 😂 Das Essen ist sehr lecker und die Auswahl auch gut!
