After a few questions, a cocktail will be made just for you. A small bite will be included with every cocktail you order. A reservation is needed as there are only 13 seats available.

U Bar is located on the second floor. U Bar is an intimate bar where Vietnamese culture, ingredients, and cherished memories come alive. This bar focuses on clarified cocktails which i appreciate as it is a process on its own! Clarifying a cocktail is the process of creating a clear, aromatic and well-balanced drink by removing any solid components. Getting rid of suspended particles and separating clear liquids from cloudy solids will make a drink as smooth as possible. As for small bites, my two favorites are Banh Ngheu Dap (Clam Slap Cake) and Beef Carpaccio!

Ministry of men is located inside Sofitel Hotel on the 3rd Floor. MOM offers an extensive collection of signature cocktails and drinks. This cocktail bar keeps me coming back for more. Not only are their drinks exceptional, their staffs make you feel so welcomed. If you get to meet the team (Luce, Steve, Kata, Zane, Dat) all on the same day, you are in for a treat! Tell them Vivian sent you and there might be a surprise!

Hmm. is hidden deep down an alley so it can be hard to find. Once you find the door, you will go up an elevator to the 3rd floor. It is a very small, intimate bar perfect for a date or small group. This bar uses a card with emojis and ask a few questions to get to know their customer's mood and taste. This allows their bartender to be creative and come up with a cocktail just for you.
