Bun Bo Hue
Hue Beef Noodle Soup is the most popular Hue food, you can have it for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Thin slices of beef, thick vermicelli, and a spicy broth are three things that make Bun Bo in Hue stand out from other regions.
Bánh bèo
These are petite rice cakes, once you taste them, you can't stop it! They are topped with a sprinkle of dried shrimp, pork crackling, shallots, and scallion oil, a few drops of slightly sweetened fish sauce, and the quintessential Huế snack is served. Don't miss it!
Bánh ram ít
A fried sticky rice cake and a soft, steamed rice cake are layered on each other into a small mound. The rice is the star of the show, but a few shreds of fresh and fried shrimp, shallots, and crispy pork skin make the finishing touches.
Banh Khoai and Banh Xèo
Banh Khoai is the best street food in Hue. Its basic ingredients are rice mixed with water, eggs, and some salt. How stunning the cake is depends on this mixture. This pancake is also stuffed with pork belly, shrimp, or sausage along with some garlic, bean sprouts, and scallion.
The Banh Xeo crêpe is made with rice flour, turmeric, and coconut cream, along with other ingredients. The filling includes is similar to banh khoai.
Coffee time
Vietnam means also coffee, not a classic espresso or americano, but egg, salt, black, milk, coconut, and more coffees!
"Che Hue"
Che Hue is a popular Vietnamese street food known as "Hue sweet soup". You can have it as a dessert or as a mid-day snack. There are many different flavors to try (red beans, green peas, lotus seeds, etc.)!
Many stalls at Dong Ba Market sell this sweet soup as well as.
