How was this list curated?

This collection of restaurants is a result of some fun brainstorming sessions between me and my partner while planning our exciting trip to Colombia in 2023. While we had quite a list of options to consider, you always need to chose. However I have decided to leave all the list for you to make your own choices.

How is this list structured?

I have followed a very simple approach: restaurants are organized by Colombia's regions and main cities.
