Here is a suggested itinerary for Venice:
Wear comfortable shoes as you will be walking EVERYWHERE in Venice!
Spend one day visiting Burano, Murano, and Torcello islands. Take a Venetian Lagoon tour (about £22) that includes glass blowing and lace making demonstrations. Eat lunch at Trattoria Valmarana in Murano.
