Why Barcelona?

Barcelona is the dirty, authentic, artistic and architectural contrast to Madrid’s square, clean, structured atmosphere.

With something for everyone, Barcelona is a necessary stop and it doesn’t hurt that El Prat airport (BCN) is a hub for many traveling between the US and EU.

When to visit?

Apr-Jun, Sep-Nov to enjoy the weather and skip summer crowds

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Hello and welcome to my Thatch profile! I am an Irish and American dual-citizen, currently living in Tampa, Florida. I have visited 3 continents, 20 countries, and 23 US states. I love to travel and share beautiful views from a bird's eye view with my drone. You can get a sense for my travels on my instagram @jonathandrones. In traveling with friends and family, I've developed a knack for finding the best spots to submerse into the local culture. My type of travel includes both a cultural experience and a relaxed one each day, as well as focusing on quality over quantity (or price!). You can expect a mix of luxury and thrifty lodgings, restaurants, and experiences in each of my travel guides. I love to plan travel as much as actually doing it. If seeing more of the world is in your future, check out my guides or reach out for a bespoke itinerary!
