European Christmas Markets you shouldn't miss
Christmas markets in Europe are a must see event. The Christmas cheer, smells, drinks, food and overall atmosphere are absolutely amazing and I have never experienced something similar elsewhere. Have some mulled wine, enjoy the lights, the food and the atmosphere!
I included the official links of the markets so you don't miss any information.
Don't miss these:
Germany
I love German Christmas Markets, there often are multiple per city and often in historic cities and settings.
I suggest visiting in western and eastern Germany, as those are actually rather different. My favourites are Bremen, because it's a lovely medieval feeling and not too big. I can also recommend Osnabrück and Hannover or Cologne. In eastern Germany I'd absolutely suggest Dresden, but you could consider Leipzig or Erfurt as well. Berlin if you want that metropolic flair.
Bremen
I recommend the historical market near the river but you can easily walk over to the market place and visit the large market there. The Atlantic Hotel is basically in the middle of both markets.
