Floating Market

Visit the Damnoen Saduak floating market, its about an hour outside of Bangkok,  you will get into a gondola and be taken along canals where people are selling items along the sides, the gondola will pull up close to the sides in order for you to have a closer look at all the items being sold and if you like something you will buy it while staying seated. Its definitely something unique and different to experience.

Thai cooking class

Enjoy and learn how to cook traditional Thai dishes. Experience a hands on Thai cooking class and market tour in Silom with the House of Taste Thai cooking school. They take you to the market to allow you to select the ingredients yourself, you then go back to the cooking school where you will cook a few meals such as mango sticky rice, pad Thai and a delicious Thai curry. They provide water and alcoholic drinks are available for purchase. They also have vegetarian and vegan alternatives. The whole experience takes about 3 hours out your day but its totally worth it if you love to cook or love to eat good Thai food. It's a fun experience for couples, family or even a group of friends. Total cost per person is around $39, and that includes all meals, water, recipes and personal locker should you need one.
