ROM Vegetarian Bistro - Hoi An
@edenvan
This place has amazing Vietnamese food with big portions and no MSG. The flavors are authentic and irreplaceable. It's a great option for groups since you can all try more dishes. Even with just 2 people, you'll likely have trouble finishing more than 2 plates. The Bun Rieu (Vietnamese crab noodle soup) here comes highly recommended - it's a massive bowl for only 35,000 VND (for single visitor) If you're craving a true taste of Vietnam without MSG, this spot is worth checking out. The food is simply delicious. Our favorites: 1. Banana flower salad 2. Fresh spring roll 3. Fried Kimbab (omg this is addictive) 4. Baked mushrooms in foil served with a clay pot of white rice 5. Eggplant sauteed mushrooms served with white rice 6. Kombucha & lemongrass tea We once went in a group of 3 people 5 dishes 2 drinks 15usd 💯 Other recommendations: 1. Vietnamese Pancake (Bánh xèo) 2. Pad Thai (a bit oily though)

Sua Vegan Restaurant Hoi An
@edenvan
Coffee class and lantern making class are available for guests __________________ Step into this unique dining establishment, where every member of the staff has a story of resilience and triumph. Here, the employees are not just servers and chefs - they are survivors, overcoming the devastating impacts of Agent Orange to reclaim their lives and livelihoods. The warm, welcoming atmosphere is a reflection of the care and compassion that permeates every aspect of this place. The owners have made it their mission to provide meaningful employment opportunities to those affected by this tragic chapter in Vietnam's history, empowering them to rebuild their lives with dignity. But beyond the noble social purpose, this restaurant truly shines when it comes to the food. Each dish is crafted with skill and passion, using only the freshest, highest-quality ingredients. The flavors are authentic, the presentation is impeccable, and every bite is a delight for the senses.

Seascape Restaurant and Cafe - An Bang Beach
@edenvan
You won't find many food options on their menu. However, I personally know this family business as a regular customer, the family can cook on demand when you ask some simple Vietnamese vegetarian dishes and need to order in advance at least 8 hours before. It's the most "viral" place on my Tiktok videos.

Bánh Mì Chay Huynh Đệ - Vegetarian Bread
@edenvan
I tried a few other banh mi chay around Hoi An but so far this one is the best and I'm a big fan of the shop. The staff is extremely friendly, especially the one who works in the morning shift (you can find her in the group picture - right side) Besides, their 100% profit is donated to their charity. The business is organized by monastery and open for volunteers on Vegetarian days. Full video is in the link For volunteering, check out on their page to keep up-to-date event or drop them a message.
