This place has amazing Vietnamese food with big portions and no MSG. The flavors are authentic and irreplaceable. It's a great option for groups since you can all try more dishes. Even with just 2 people, you'll likely have trouble finishing more than 2 plates.
The Bun Rieu (Vietnamese crab noodle soup) here comes highly recommended - it's a massive bowl for only 35,000 VND (for single visitor) If you're craving a true taste of Vietnam without MSG, this spot is worth checking out. The food is simply delicious.

1. Banana flower salad
2. Fresh spring roll
3. Fried Kimbab (omg this is addictive)
4. Baked mushrooms in foil served with a clay pot of white rice
5. Eggplant sauteed mushrooms served with white rice
6. Kombucha & lemongrass tea

You won't find many food options on their menu. However, I personally know this family business as a regular customer, the family can cook on demand when you ask some simple Vietnamese vegetarian dishes and need to order in advance at least 8 hours before.
It's the most "viral" place on my Tiktok videos.

Bánh Mì Chay Huynh Đệ - Vegetarian Bread

I tried a few other banh mi chay around Hoi An but so far this one is the best and I'm a big fan of the shop.
The staff is extremely friendly, especially the one who works in the morning shift (you can find her in the group picture - right side)
Besides, their 100% profit is donated to their charity. The business is organized by monastery and open for volunteers on Vegetarian days. Full video is in the link
