Three days in Savannah Georgia 

There are 3 public beach areas on Tybee island to enjoy and Hourly Parking: $4.00/hour pay through the Park TYB mobile app or through kiosk. And, don’t forget to put your receipt on the cars dash.

Here are places to stay downtown Savannah 

- The take a walk Lafayette  square and take a look in the cathedral. It is gorgeous! 

RIVER STREET LOT 1, 233-299 WEST RIVER STREET

This small, 29-space unmanned lot operated by the city is located to the west of the Barnard Street Ramp on the northern side of River Street.

The lot is open daily, 24hrs. Parking charges apply Monday-Saturday, 8am-8pm, and are $2 per hour. Parking is free outside of these hours. The lot may be closed during special events. (Or you can Park….)

RIVER STREET LOT 2, 117 WEST RIVER STREET

This unmanned, 31-space parking lot is operated by the city. It is located to the east of the Barnard Street Ramp.

The lot is open daily, 24hrs. Parking charges apply Monday-Saturday, 8am-8pm, and are $2 per hour. Outside of these hours, parking is free. The lot may be closed during special events.

8:30 After parking your car, you can use the DOT. It’s Free.

This is a shuttle buss that guess all around the city. It’s free! The dot is comprised of two loops, Forsyth and Downtown, which connect residents and visitors to Savannah's visitor centers, parking facilities, area attractions, shops, restaurants and hotels. The shuttle arrives every ten minutes at 18 stops throughout the Historic District and is available seven days a week.

Now you’re ready to see Savannahs Historic district:

7:30 Eat breakfast at the hotel. Then, head downtown to river street.

While in city market stop at the Georgia tasting room 

And, then head over to river street. For beautiful sunset views, pick one of these roof top bars. 

You could eat at Tybee island for breakfast or downtown. Here are the choices 

Go back to the beach on Tybee island. If going to the beach to relax, skip the rest until dinner. 

Then head down to road to Spankys and have a beer $8

Wait until 3:00 to board Sight seeing ship down the road. Note: if wanting to go on the ship RESERVATIONS must be made. Make for sightseeing only.

Instead of the cruise you could go to an awesome Museum 

And you could do more shopping in city market downtown again. OR
