At just 11 years old, I learned about a traveling Girl Scout troop that planned to backpack through Europe. Without a second thought, I left the comfort of my local troop to join this group of strangers who all had dreams of backpacking through Europe in a few years. While I never made it on that particular trip, I did travel throughout the east coast with these kindred spirits, and my love affair with travel was born.
Since then I've traveled to countless destinations on solo trips, girls trips and family getaways. A few of my favorites over the years have been Rome, Capri, Florence, Giverny, London, Bath, Strousburg, Sedona, and the Texas Hill Country,
I'm never one to turn down a trip, so I have eclectic taste when it comes to locations, but no matter where I go, I'm always on the lookout for great food, art, and a splash of adventure.
