Firts we have what I call fancy dinning and for this there is no better place than Borago, the best restaurant in the city ( be sure to book in advanced)
For great dinning not so fancy you have Boca Nariz a wine bar in the heart of Lastaria neighborbood. On the same are you have Liguria with great local cousine in a beautiful restaurant.
Now if you are in for what is good and what locals eat, you want to go to Galindo on Bellavista neightborhood. That is great Chilean food the way I would make ir at home.
