Guadalajara Specialty Coffee Shops

In this guide I'll go over some of the go-to spots to get great, single origin coffees. My preference is medium to light roast and usually a pour over method, but if you love espresso these spots are equally good.

Taller de Espresso

This spot is very small and only has about 3 tables to sit at. It's good for getting coffee to go or grabbing a bag for home. Seating is outside. They do have some amazing coffee and probably the largest selection of beans available with many different origins in Mexico and different processes.
