Best Broadway Shows for People Who Love Musicals

While everyone has different musical tastes, you can't go wrong with any of these shows! From the iconic casts to music that you will be humming for hours after the show, these shows are truly some of my favorites on Broadway right now.

A little about me: I am a NYC local who has seen every show currently on Broadway (yes, every single one). So, I've done all the hard work for you! I have stood in long lines with plenty of tourists, screamed and yelled at stage doors to get photos and autographs, attended the 2022 Tony Awards, and applauded incredible casts from the front row and the back row and pretty much every row in between.

This is my favorite musical right now on Broadway! Only 90 minutes long, it is a great time for everyone involved. Lots of laughs, incredible singing, and tons of girl power! While this show is incredibly popular right now, not a lot of tourtists know what it is about. Only true theatre fans know how exciting this show truly is to the Broadway scene!

The story of Orpheus and Eurydice, this is a love story before all else. But it is truly one of those shows that leaves you wanting to come back over and over and over again.

The Music Man at the Winter Garden Theatre

Hugh Jackman. Sutton Foster. A beloved Broadway revival. What more could anyone ask for? While this is probably the priciest show on Broadway right now, it is truly such a fun experience and I cannot recommend it enough! The stars have great chemistry and there isn't a bad seat in the house!
