Christchurch City Hotel

Hotel was clean and the amenities were good. They had a suite that was comfortable for 4 people and they provide baby cots! (Do note that they charge $15 for the rental of the baby cot.) I went with this hotel because it is right at the city centre which is close to many cafes and tourist attractions like the Transitional Cathedral.

Galaxy Boutique Hotel Lake Tekapo

Beautiful place in a beautiful location. It’s right smack where you can view Lake tekapo in all its glory. The stars that came out at night was simply breathtaking. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and attentive!

It is a little further from the city centre but the rooms were very clean and new. Our room had a front lawn where our little one could run around and enjoy the cool weather. It was a nice stay and the staff was very friendly!
