When in France, look for things labels "sans gluten" which translated to "without gluten".

Some dishes in French culture are traditionally made without gluten! This includes galettes which resemble crepes. They are made with buckwheat flour. French macarons and coconut macaroons are also made using almond meal. So gluten free as well!

Other dishes you might find that are traditionally gluten free are tacos, if served with corn tortillas. Same goes for burritos, quesadillas, and such. Rice noodles and mochi are two other dishes that are naturally gluten free!
