San Nicola di Tremiti
@marcomelluso
A beautiful archipelago of 3 islands that you can also visit on a day trip. In the past, it was an exile place for homosexuals, now a beautiful naturalistic destination, part of a nationally protected reserve. You can get to the islands by fast boat from Termoli, Peschici o Vieste. Once arrived, I recommend renting a motorboat and taking a ride around the islands. Discover and swim in all the beautiful coves. The main island has a pretty little village. If you are keen and decide to stay longer, you can also dive and see the beautiful sculpture of a famous Saint, Padre Pio, on the seabed surrounded by beautiful marine nature.

Peschici
@marcomelluso
Very scenic little town. The centre is the ferment of little artisanal shops of local products. I recommend going to eat at Trabucco Monte Pucci and Osteria Pane e Vino, you will love them. Don't miss the the grilled local cheese Caciocavallo!

Umbra means the shade and what a better name for a forest where sun lights can barely pass through the density of nature. Perfect for excursions and picnics. Several restaurants around.
