Day 1: Explore the Town Center

Morning:

- Start your day with breakfast at one of the local bakeries, like Panadería Central.

- Wander around the town square (Parque Principal) and admire the Basilica Menor de la Inmaculada Concepción.

Afternoon:

- Have lunch at Restaurante El Tropezón, known for its Colombian cuisine.

- Visit the Casa de la Cultura to learn about the town's history and culture.

Evening:

- Take a stroll along Calle de la Libertad, lined with colorful houses and shops.

- Enjoy dinner at La Garrucha Parrilla Bar for some grilled specialties.

Day 2: Coffee Farm Experience

Morning

- Head to a nearby coffee farm for a guided tour. Consider visiting Finca Los Angeles for an immersive coffee experience.

Afternoon

- Enjoy a traditional Colombian lunch at the coffee farm. Return to Jardín and relax for a bit.

Evening

- Have dinner at Café Europa, a cozy spot with international and Colombian dishes.

Day 3: Outdoor Adventure

Morning

- Start your day with breakfast at La Esquina de mi Tierra.

- Embark on a hiking adventure to Cerro Cristo Rey for panoramic views of Jardín. (Usually there is a teleférico which is currently not working though)

Afternoon

- Have a lunch at the summit (You can get there by the teleférico on the other side of the village which takes you to the restaurant. It costs you 10.000 COP there and back).

- Explore Cueva del Esplendor, a stunning cave with a waterfall inside.

Evening

- Head back to town and dine at Restaurante Naná, known for its Colombian fusion cuisine.

Day 4: Waterfall and Relaxation

Morning

- Enjoy breakfast at Café La Sierra.

- Take a horseback riding or Jeep tour to Cascada El Chorros, a beautiful waterfall.

Afternoon

- Relax by the waterfall, swim, and have a packed lunch.

- Return to Jardín and explore any remaining spots or do some souvenir shopping.

Evening

- Enjoy a farewell dinner at Restaurante Viajero, offering a mix of international and local dishes.

BONUS TIP:

In Jardín, you can explore Cerro Tusa, which is the largest natural pyramid in the world. It offers breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. Alternatively, if you are looking for a beautiful viewpoint, you can visit Mirador El Cristo.

Also I advise you to go and visit: Reserva Natural Jardin de Rocas. Some stunning birds that are out of everbodies geography books.
