Agriturismo Fattoria del Colle
@mariagrazia
Fattoria del Colle is a charming wine estate and country resort located in the heart of Tuscany, near the historic village of Trequanda. Here your host is the renowned wine producer (Fattoria del Colle and Casato Prime Donne in Montalcino) Donatella Cinelli Colombini, founder of the italian Wine Tourism Mouvement, who has succeeded in making Fattoria del Colle the first Wine Destination in Tuscany with a daily program of animations that involve tourists with wine tastings of the highest level. You can get an authentic taste of Tuscany with its award-winning wines, stunning views of the surrounding countryside, and comfortable accommodations. The property has been beautifully restored, preserving its original character and charm, while also providing modern amenities and services. As a guest you can explore the vineyards and winery, participate in wine tastings and cooking classes, or simply relax by the pool and soak up the Tuscan sun. Whether you are a wine enthusiast or just looking for a peaceful retreat in the heart of Italy, Fattoria del Colle is the perfect destination. There are four different experiences you can choose from. For relaxed tourists who like to discover the secrets of an authentic Tuscan farm with more than 400 years of history, there is a guided tour that ends up with a wine tasting; while for enthusiasts with a talent scout's instinct there is a proposal on Sangiovese that includes a visit to the cellars and ends up with a tasting dedicated to Sangiovese obtained in different places or with different production processes, such as Sangiovese spumante metodo classico. For wine enthusiasts who want to try their hand at it, there is the "Piccolo Enologo," a "winemaker experience" to learn how to balance the components of wine and allows participants to create their own "Supertuscan" wine. Finally, something very special: a masterclass for lovers of Sangiovese and Brunello with lectures about history, specificity of vineyards and territories, legends and a final tasting of 4 Tuscan DOCGs, including Brunello di Montalcino and Chianti Classico.

Castello di Fonterutoli Wine Resort
@mariagrazia
The medieval hamlet of Castello di Fonterutoli Wine Resort is the ideal destination for an unforgettable getaway where you can enjoy the outdoors, fine wines, and distinctive regional cuisine. Five apartments and 17 rooms are located throughout the small village and are entirely influenced by Chianti's colors. Inside, the family's antique furniture, exposed beams, and old terracotta floors reflect the lovely hilly countryside of Chianti in a cozy and endearing decor. You can enjoy an unmissable culinary experience at the Osteria di Fonterutoli, which is surrounded by olive trees and vineyards. Chef Lorenzo Baldacci, who only uses regional, seasonal foods and game, suggests pairing it with a vertical tasting of the wines from the region. Dedicated gazebos can be reserved or you can take advantage of the dehors and large terrace, in total relaxation and safety. For a quick lunch or an aperitif based on a careful selection of Tuscan products, you can instead opt for the Orchestral Society of Fonterutoli.
