SUPER HEALTHY. One of our favourite spots for lunch. Its ALL take away so what I'd recommend is eating it in the Jardin du Palais Royal.
You will likely see French people lining up to get it for their lunch for work.
They do set menu deals and it changes according to seasons. Really have loved their soup in past and their brownies!

Marais area. Really good Mexican food and cocktails. Menu frequently changes. They don't serve tacos in the back where the speakeasy is.

Cheap and cheerful. Was featured on Emily in Paris. Traditional French food.
They will sit you rather close to random strangers to share tables (if you're a small party like we are). Don't be put off by it and embrace the experience.
My partner really likes the snails here.
There's multiple locations so do check them out.

Best Challah bread EVER. Just realised they do pastrami sandwiches as well so will have to try these next time I'm in Paris. Lovely family owned Jewish bakery that has been here since 1946. A MUST in Marais.

Really nice place. American Food. There's several locations but go to the one in the Jewish quarter in Marais. Go when you're super hungry because the food is MASSIVE. Would encourage sharing.

I'm an American in London who has lived here over 20 years. I adore travelling and our trips (my partner and I) always involve something artsy (gallery, museum), nature, exercise, wandering, good food and lots of cafe stops. Besides London have spent serious amounts of time in Paris France although my french is a work in progress.
I will always try to recommend places my partner and I been to personally. We have done backpacking through Thailand, Morocco and Egypt, done mid range hotels through Europe and have done luxury too where we've eaten at Michelin Restaurants and stayed at Posh hotels. So a real range in our holidays but we always try to have a good balance in whatever we do.
Here to give you suggestions on London from the perspective of someone who has lived here quite a long time. Will also share itineraries on other places I've been to in Europe and elsewhere.
