Nathan Philips square is located right on front of the city hall. There is a big Toronto Sign located here that you can take pictures with..
If you are in Toronto for New Years, there will be a fireworks at this place. But remember the weather can be cold!
Also during the winter they turn the pool here to an ice skating rink for everyone to use for free

A beautiful huge park that is somewhat similar to Central Park in New York. There is a zoo inside with Capybara's and other animals. There is also a massive wooden play structure originally built by Mike Holmes (Holmes on Homes show on HGTV). A wonderful place to run, walk, take the dog to the dog park area or swim in the big public pool!
