Matorral Librería sede Macarena
@vs
Matorral is a bookstore and coffee shop with nice prices from 1 to 10 USD (4.000 a 20.000 cop), it has a good and free Wi-Fi service, and you can find different types of coffee, tees, wines, beers, cookies, pastries and salty dishes. It is located in a very cozy and bohemian area, called 'La Macarena'. You'll see older people enjoying some wine at the table and some young people working with their computers. Every week they have a different reading or writing club at 7 pm, they are usually free, but there's a few that has a fee entry, because there are special guests. You can follow them to get to know the exact events. https://www.instagram.com/matorral.libreria/?hl=es

Casa Magola
@vs
Casa Magola is my favorite place because of the relaxed environment. It's a cafe bar. Every Friday it has free live music. It has free wifi service and traditional Colombian food. It also has espectacular sandwiches with fries included (6 USD) - on Tuesdays they have an offer of two for one in vegetarian sandwiches-. Their desserts are wonderful - 4 USD in average -. I recommend to try the ' tarta de limon' and the red velvet cake. This Cafe is very big and is located near Los Andes university, so you can find many young people around and it's a famous place among foreign people.

Mapora Panadería y Pastelería artesanal
@vs
This one is a quiet place. Is small, but perfect if you are looking for focusing and if you are no fan of big crowds. Their chocolate cake is amazing, right next to their cinnamon roll. The place is owned by Valeria, she bakes and she serves her clients. You have to taste her cheese bread. The prices go between 1 to 6 dollars, so you should go and see how you like it.

Los Amantes del Café
@vs
This place is vegan and the idea of the whole place is based on animal protection. They offer a small private Barismo course on the shop (visit their web page to know more). This place is nice and wide. Their prices are a bit higher because every product is vegan, so you can find coffee and tee ranging from 5 to 10 dollars. Their cakes are also pretty good.
