MORNING
- Texas Capitol:
Take a free tour of the Texas Capitol and admire its Neo-Renaissance architecture. It’s one of the finest state capitol buildings in the United States – and one of only seven that are taller than the nation’s capitol.
- Bullock Texas State History Museum:
From there, continue to the Bullock Texas State History Museum to check out a variety of artefacts and exhibitions that tell the story of the area’s past, present and future. By the time you leave, you still might not be able to tell a straw hat from a Stetson, but you will have a deeper appreciation for where you are and the people who live here.
