You must have seen this erupting hot water place posted everywhere. It erupts every 15-30min so if you get there and nothing is happening just be patient and it will. Just do not get too close to it or you may get burn.

Gullfoss Falls
@marijaploskonka
This place is just powerful. When I was visiting Iceland I wend there in the middle of April and there was still a lot of snow so I could not get whole way down to the waterfall but instead I was standing at the viewpoint and was still mesmerized by the power that this place holds/

Seljalandsfoss
@marijaploskonka
The famous walk-behind-waterfall. It an experience worth experiencing. Also it is so close to the main road, you can drive right to it and leave car right by it on parking lot. BTW, parking is paid (ISK 700), and the payment is made at the parking machine at the entrance. The parking fee allows you to use the toilet next to the car park free of charge.

Gljufrabui

This is the place most people miss when they get to Seljalandsfoss. You should go about 600m left from first waterfall and search for a creek that seems to get out from mountain follow it inside of cave like part and you will be amazed how viking this place looks.

Dyrhólaey
@marijaploskonka
This is one of the places that will test your driving skills, especially if you have a fear of heights as I do. The only thing that saved me was that I rented automatic. Views from there are worth seeing but be careful for the wind not to blow you off.

Black Sand Beach Reynisfjara
@marijaploskonka
There is a restaurant just by the entrance of the beach. NOTE: DO NOT get too close to the water it will swallow you in an instant, and if you think you are in a shallow you are not, it will drag you in.
