Thailand may be one of the most reknowned tourism destinations of South-East Asia. The country offers vibrant cities, breathtaking nature and tons of fun excursions. In Bangkok, the river cruise is a great way to explore the city. The ticket offers a daily Hop On Hop Off service for only 3 euros. You can visit many famous sights around the river or use the ferry as a fast and comfortable way to move from one side of the city to another. Tickets are sold at several of the stops and online in the Klook app. Klook is an app like the European GetYourGuide and offers many daytrips, excursions, transportation options, accommodation, meals and simcards. The first was my personal favorite. My hostel here was located North of the city center in a car free street. Bangkok is a huge metropole, but very walkable. I'd recommend to stay in different places, for example the North and China Town, to explore different parts of the city. There are many hostels in Bangkok and most of them are very affordable and of good quality. I paid an average of 12,50 per night for my accommodation in Bangkok. This includes a bed in a dormitory and breakfast in most cases.
